TaylorMade are once again improving an already winning formula with the introduction of the Milled Grind Hi-Toe Bigfoot wedge. The wedge has a larger area than the regular model to give more forgiveness. It has an 'Anti-Dig' leading edge when the club interacts with the turf, making it easier to hack through rough and escape from the sand. This combined with the 15 degrees of bounce helps you in tricky situations whist still giving great playability on full shots and around the green chipping.
The wedge incorporates Deep CG Pockets which are designed to rework the CG for a better flight whilst adding extra spin and precision. The Hi-Toe not only increases spin by allowing the CG to be higher, but with the grooves going all the way up the face, the spin levels are still consistent when striking it higher on the face. When taking shots from the rough and fluffy lies, the ball tends to come higher off the face, and therefore reducing spin, but with the grooves covering almost the entirety of the face, spin reduction is tamed massively, giving you more consistent shots from all lies.
