Delivery at Golfsupport
We now offer Free carriage on all orders over £30 no matter what size to mainland UK addresses ( exclusions apply - see below for remote postcodes )
At Golfsupport we have tried many couriers over the years and been left disappointed by most, we now only use the two that we have found to be the most reliable, DPD and Royal Mail. Large expensive items are shipped by our main couriers DPD, UK Mail or UPS whilst smaller less expensive items are shipped via Royal Mail. Once we dispatch an order an automated email is generated advising you that your items are on their way. If we have your mobile number and if your items are being delivered by DPD you will receive a text alert from them advising of a 1 hour delivery slot you then have the options do nothing to accept or text back to rearrange another day. No more waiting around all day for parcel deliveries.
All of our International Shipments are handled by Globale who will use varied Couriers including DHL, UPS, DPD, Trackpack
Returns at Golfsupport
We have a dedicated returns department here at Golfsupport ready and waiting to assist if you have any problems with any order. The first step is to email us at [email protected] advising us of the order number a brief description of the problem, you will then be emailed a returns form and advised of the returns procedure. Don't forget – Our price beat + Policy includes any delivery charges. If you have seen the same items with free carriage we will honour our policy up to 7 days after your purchase, guaranteeing you the UK’s best online prices.
Our couriers are either DPD or UK MAIL within the UK, DHL or TrackPack outside of the UK depending on your location and your parcel will require a signature. We do not allow leave with neighbours or in a safe place for security reasons. If you choose to do this and a parcel does go missing you have taken full responsibility for this and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any losses.

International Shipping to all countries outside of the UK & Ireland is executed by our experienced fulfilment partners Global-e. During your shopping experience by changing the country flag to your destination you will be able to see exact shipping costs in your local currency.
Through our partnership with Global-e we have been able to reduce shipping to all areas of the Globe making buying at Golfsupport very attractive. We have tiered thresholds reducing carriage to a point where the majority of destinations can enjoy FREE carriage.
Shipping time frames
After purchase please look out for an order update from Golfsupport. (We recommend that you add us to your sender white list within emails as these emails will advise about your order). When your goods are ready to dispatch they generally take between 3-5 working days for delivery.
Taxes and duties
Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the European Union. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
The Golfsupport website does offer you an option to pre pay any duties and taxes at checkout. This option gives you the peace of mind that upon receipt of goods there are no further hidden costs. This method is highly recommended when shopping outside of the European Union.
Keeping track on your delivery
- You can keep track on your delivery up to postal dispatch through your login.
- Once we have dispatched your goods their delivery can be tracked online through the Royal Mail.com website by entering the recorded delivery tracking code which we will supply you on request.
- Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to re-delivery charges.
- We will not accept liability for deliveries delayed through incorrect delivery address information supplied at the time of purchase.
- For International deliveries, you are responsible for the importation of goods into your Country and the liability thereof.
- When your package arrives please make sure you keep all of the packaging and contents in case you need to return your goods.

Smaller Parcels and Ebay orders
- Our usual method of delivery is through Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.
- 72 and 24 hour service is available at checkout within Ebay n selected items.
As all of our shipping rates are subsidised already we may contact you to request additional carriage of large bulk purchases. You will have the option to pay this surcharge or cancel your order prior to shipping.
