Due to delays outside of our control, dispatch can take up to 5 working days at this current time.
At Golfsupport we have tried many couriers over the years and been left disappointed by most, we now only use the two that we have found to be the most reliable, DPD and Royal Mail. Most items are sent by our main courier, Royal Mail, whilst larger boxed items or items in excess of around 3KG are shipped by DPD. Once we dispatch an order, an automated email is generated advising you that your items are on their way. If we have your mobile number and if your items are being delivered by DPD you will receive a text alert from them advising of a 1 hour delivery slot you then have the options do nothing to accept or text back to rearrange another day. No more waiting around all day for parcel deliveries.
80% of our orders are serviced direct from our warehouse and leave the same day. We do however accept orders for items that we may not hold in stock. These are ordered direct from supplier and may slow an order down by a few days. We manage your expectations with an order update email which will advise the due dates of such items. Please read these emails to ensure the time frames are acceptable.
If you need to know an item is in stock and leaving today please call us on 01623 421965. If this is the case our cut off time to leave on that day is 12pm
You will receive a text alert/email from DPD to advise you of a 1 hour delivery window (if mobile number is provided) This service only applies to items in large boxes or over 3kg in weight. Smaller items are shipped using a Royal Mail service and tracking details can be found within your Items dispatched email. Any difficulties please do hesitate to call us on 01623 421965.

Royal Mail Service Terms and Condition Change
Important information about service terms and conditions changes
I’m writing to inform you about some important changes to our terms and conditions,
the details of which are outlined below. Please note, you may not be affected by all of these changes.
Changes to how we will deliver a parcel when there is no answer at the address
From the end of July 2023, we will be making changes to our terms and conditions to reflect that intended recipients will have the ability to use the Royal Mail App to set a delivery preference, specifying where we should leave their parcels when no one is available to accept delivery.
We will be entitled to leave parcels in accordance with such requests (we may, however, also choose not to leave a parcel in a designated location if we consider the location unsuitable). Where the intended recipients opt to provide us with their suitable designated location, the parcel will be deemed delivered once it has been left in the
Changes to automatically onboarding Royal Mail Tracked Returns® customers to Parcel Collect
From July 2023, we are updating our general terms and conditions to incorporate the Royal Mail specific terms for Parcel Collect. Online Business Account customers, using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns® service will automatically be given access to the Parcel Collect service and the specific terms for Parcel Collect will also form part of their contract with us going forward.

Shipping Time Frames
After purchase please look out for an order update from Golfsupport. (We recommend that you add us to your sender white list within emails as these emails will advise about your order). Dispatch of your goods usually takes place within 72 hours and when your goods are ready to dispatch they generally take between 2-4 working days for delivery, but can take up to 7 working days in exceptional circumstances.
Keeping track on your delivery
- You can keep track on your delivery up to postal dispatch through your login.
- Once we have dispatched your goods their delivery can be tracked online through the Royal Mail.com website by entering the recorded delivery tracking code which we will supply you on request.
- Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to re-delivery charges.
- We will not accept liability for deliveries delayed through incorrect delivery address information supplied at the time of purchase.
- When your package arrives please make sure you keep all of the packaging and contents in case you need to return your goods.
- Please contact us immediately about delayed or missing orders or items.

Bulk Purchases or Excess packaging
As all of our shipping rates are subsidised already we may contact you to request additional carriage of large bulk purchases. You will have the option to pay this surcharge or cancel your order prior to shipping.
Don't forget our Price Beat Policy includes any delivery charges. If you have seen the same items with free carriage we will honour our policy up to 7 days after your purchase, guaranteeing you the UK’s best online prices.
