How to start collecting Golfsupport Loyalty Points
The first time you place an order with us, an account will be created for you and we'll be able to give you Loyalty Points against everything you buy. If you already have an account, your Loyalty points will be allocated to your account automatically.
Points are redeemable during the checkout process and can be used against anything on the site.
Loyalty Points are awarded at a rate of 2% of your total spend excluding carriage and the purchase of vouchers (points are earned when vouchers are used not when they are purchased). From time to time we may offer points promotions where we might double the points earned or even increase the value of points you already have. Keep an eye out for Loyalty point promotions on our site.
Exciting News Loyalty Points Are About To Get Better.
From today 11/01/2017 we are introducing our new loyalty points system. You will still get 2% of your order value in points to spend against future orders. You will still receive all the benefits of statements within your account and loyalty points updates.
What's new?
Well here comes the exciting bit, we will be able to offer double sometimes triple points with certain purchases. We will be able to offer double value to your existing points during specific promotions. Loyalty points will become the mainstay of our rewards programme used to thank our loyal customers.
What next?
In order to launch this exciting new system we need to clear all old points out of our system. From today you will have 4 months to use any existing points you have in your account, points earned today and going forward will have a 6 months validity. When you log into your account you will see all orders where points have been earned along with an expiry date for those particular points. Our system will monitor the points and the expiry date for you, sending you an email 1 week prior to any points expiring. Within this statement you will see all orders you have used points on and most importantly the total amount of savings you have made using loyalty points.
Loyalty points adjustments.
Loyalty points are earned on the original order value including 20% UK VAT. If you are from a country exempt from UK VAT then your points will be adjusted appropriately at checkout.
NB - Loyalty points have no cash value.
