The blackbird is named after the long-range reconnaissance aircraft that was introduced in 1966 and was capable of Mach 3+.
The double bend shaft will give the Blackbird blade putter a face balanced toe hang. This ever-popular shaft will provide help to players who often push the ball and miss on the right (right handed golfers) This shaft will help you stop pushing those important putts.
This is very much a unique design that you just cannot take your eyes off. The wow factor is definitely applicable here. Its head is a brilliant mix of lightweight aluminium in the body and strategically placed heavy tungsten weighting to give it that uncompromising stability and forgiveness. The centre of gravity is deep, and provides the ultimate stability option for you. Those hansom looks have been 'putt' to good use, pardon the pun. The thick, bold alignment line runs right through the centre to make lining up puts a doddle.
The Blackbird putter can be conveniently adjusted with the four weights in the sole, altering head weight and launch conditions. By adding a PXG weight kit to your order, you can adjust the head weight by at least -15g or +20g.
As with every model in the Battle Ready line up, the Blackbird's sole features the iconic Darkness Insignia. A skull with the number 26 within it to signify owner Bob Parson's service as a rifleman with the 26th Regiment of the United States Marine Corps during the 1955-1975 Vietnam War.
