Mizuno have really put a lot of work into this new 2023 JPX 923 Forged Graphite iron set. Significant changes in all departments give sleeker and better player shaping, higher forgiveness, better feel and sound, and last but not least gorgeous and classy aesthetics. These irons are grain flow forged from Chromoly 4120, Mizuno’s strongest full-body forging to date. The nickel Chromoly is 35% stronger in comparison to the previous JPX 921 model, this gives the ultimate in feel and sound. In addition, the multi-thickness face is 8% thinner, also the thinnest to date. With a thinner topline and minimal offset, the better player will be more than impressed. These subtle changes make a big difference to the look.

This set is made with graphite shafts, making the irons lighter in weight and easier to swing. These come standard with the UST Mamiya Recoil ESX 460 graphite shafts that look amazing. Graphite shafts are ideal for golfers who seek extra yards. This will also be ideal for the senior golfer, helping to add distance through the lighter-weight shafts. Every strike will be met with a satisfying sound and soft feel from the three-strike forged head, Harmonic Impact Technology and vibration-controlling V-Chassis. The non-reflective white brush satin finish reduces glare and is class throughout. The Nickel Chromoly name is stamped into the hosel to add a nice finishing touch. A classy-looking new iron set from Mizuno Golf.
