Description

Product Code: cobra-aerojet-drivers

If there is one thing we love about Cobra Golf, it’s the never-ending quest to improve forgiveness, speed, control and of course, looks. Well, we think all three have been improved with the new 2023 Aerojet driver. Distance isn't helpful if you don’t know where the ball is going, so the right combination of speed and control is at the top of the agenda with this driver.

This model will suit lots of golfers and sits in the middle of the Max and LS models in terms of head size, smaller than the Max but slightly bigger than the LS. One of the most important things to note is the price tag, this driver punches well above the weight of its price. Of course, the name is a dead giveaway, Aerodynamic to cut through the air with the least possible resistance. This will obviously favour faster swingers the most. The Aerojet boasts the lowest drag coefficient of any Cobra driver to date. There is one 12g weight in the back of the sole to aid forgiveness and control.

Speed and consistency of strike are what stand out most with this new driver, apart from that stunning red, white and blue colour scheme that is. With a 30% reduced crown thickness to heighten MOI (moment of inertia) and lower CG (centre of gravity), you get forgiveness out of this world. An innovative PWR-Bridge weighting system is suspended to give unrestricted flexibility of the face and sole, this in turn pushes the centre of gravity low and forward to unleash ‘’speed’’.

H.O.T (Highly Optimised Topology) face technology uses artificial technology and machine learning to create the hottest Cobra face ever. Using 15 HOT zones with strategic thicknesses that increase the smash factor and ball speed across the entire face. A newly designed multi-material chassis uses a lightweight carbon crown and sole plate and the reinforced Titanium Speed Frame provides optimal weight distribution for maximum stability. Cobra has done away with colour schemes of the past, instead favour this red, white and blue combination colourway. Matched with the satin black/raw carbon fibre gloss crown, it does really look fantastic as I’m sure you will agree. What a driver for 2023, you will be blown away by everything about it.
