Like in their irons Mizuno has carried the Grain Flow Forged heads into the Wedge range, this gives an outstanding feel on full wedge shots and even the shorter shots. Mizuno’s Loft Specific Quad Cut Grooves design uses different groove profiles to optimise spin control on different lofts. The 50-54 degree wedges with QUAD CUT use narrower, deeper grooves to help fuller shots stop quicker where the ball has been compressed fully. The 56-60 degree wedges offer a wider, shallower groove to assist traction on the shorter shots.
