Developing upon the popular T20 Mizuno Wedge, the ES21 re-introduces the popular Hydroflow Microgrooves. Laser etched in the face allowing moisture to pass over quickly in the hope this reduces spin drop off. When clubfaces are wet with moisture, often we see spin levels drop which can cause those dreaded "flyers". The main grooves have been precisely designed using CNC-milled grooves.
The clubhead is constructed using a hollow body design, meaning the face and neck of the club are forged as one piece of GFF 1025 Boron, a high-density metal which Mizuno has perfected over the years. Whereas the body and back of the head is 431 stainless steel, the two pieces are then forged together creating a masterpiece that Mizuno are sure will become a class leader.
