Using all the data that is available, TaylorMade has repositioned the sweet spot lower on the face to naturally capture more shots and give total performance where the golfer needs it most. TaylorMade engineers have used new construction methods to thin out the body, allowing up to 31grams of Tungsten to be placed in the toe section. This Tungsten weighting not only provides solid stability but also yields exceptional forgiveness throughout the set. A true players package.

An 8620 carbon steel construction makes the head thinner by 37.5% in strategic locations, allowing an incredibly low centre of gravity. This all-new wall design marries with a responsive 1.5mm forged 4140 steel L-face to promote exceptional flexibility, fast ball speeds and distance whilst still upholding a premium forged feel that we all crave. The proprietary Thru-slot Speed Pocket provides increased face flexibility whilst still preserving ball speed and distance on those low face strikes that come along every now and then.
