Description

Srixon has just released their new 2023 range of ZX MK II irons to the world and amongst them is the ZX7 MK II Iron set. A player's iron with tour-preferred aesthetics and offering total control for the better striker of the ball. This model will allow high workability and better strikers of the ball will love them instantly. There is a reason why major winners Brooks Koepka, Hideki Matsuyama and Shane Lowry all game Srixon, read on. Srixon irons sometimes get overlooked, why? Is it because golfers think they only make outstanding wedges? (Srixon owns Cleveland of course) We don’t know the answer to this question, but what we do know is that this ZX MK II range is as outstanding in every department.

These display compact shaping and a thinner topline to create a stunning all-round look. These also feature a muscle-back cavity for maximum workability and sharp looks. The soft feel you get from a middled shot is sensational to say the least, the ball feels like it’s a ping pong ball when it leaves the clubface. Forged 1020 carbon steel is used to dampen any vibrations and vastly improve feel and sound acoustics.

Srixon have redesigned the back of the club with PureFrame technology, this has an 80% thicker portion placed straight behind the sweet spot to give that unreal feel. With minimal offset and the tour-inspired head shape, tighter dispersion is to be had with every club in the set. Srixon has continued to use the progressive groove design to help with spin rates, wider in the lower irons and deeper and closer together in the scoring irons. Each iron has an individually designed sole which comes from the Tour V.T. design, differing sole width and sole bounce angle in each club gives optimal turf interaction. If you are a good ball striker and are looking to purchase a new set of irons in 2023, we can’t recommend these Srixon ZX7 MK II irons highly enough.
