Cobra's new F-max Superlite hybrids, as with the driver and fairway woods in the range, benefit from a lighter clubhead, shaft and grip. This allows the golfer to swing the club a little faster as there is less resistance. This gives greater clubhead speed which equates to more distance which is ideal if you swing slower and smoother. Those extra yards can make all the difference to your game.
The clubhead has a number of similar features to the fairway woods in the range. This hybrid benefits from a forged high strength steel insert which helps to launch the ball higher off the face and also increases ball speed. The weight has also been moved lower and towards the heel of the club which also helps with launch together with a straighter trajectory. The design of the crown assists with a square set up. It also benefits from an offset hosel which helps to square the clubface at impact.
The lighter Superlite shaft is perfect for you if you are a golfer who swings the club smoothly. The club is fitted with a new midsize Lamkin Rel 360 grip. Both the shaft and grip are lighter than in previous models.
The men's hybrid is available in 3H (19 degree) to 7H (31 degree) with 3 degree loft difference between each club. The ladies hybrid is available in 4H (23.5 degree) to 7H (32.5 degree) also with 3 degree loft difference between each club.
