Spin Tread Grooves are one of the latest advancements in the wedges. These grooves have deep laser etchings between them which help to remove water from the face at impact. This helps to make better contact and improve spin in wet conditions. The grooves also offer massive spin to make sure you have the maximum amount of control around the greens. The raw face also allows for added spin in rainy and wet conditions so you can get the most consistent spin numbers.
The wedge has been reshaped and smoothed out which gives it a more tour-inspired look. As well as the looks, this reshaping adds more versatility to your shots, allowing you to play yours shots from anywhere. The flange thickness has been increased on the back of the club which helps to improve the sound and feel.
The sole on the MG4 has been machined for the utmost precision and accuracy to make sure the sole and grind are as good as they can be.
