The Ping Mundy is a new shape to the Ping range. The shape is designed to help provide golfers with a consistent ball speed, allowing you to make more putts around the green. The aluminium sole plate helps to move the CG to the back of the putter head, helping to increase forgiveness and stop twisting on off-centre hits. The Mundy is named in honour of Ping's first business manager and long-serving employee Jack Mundy.
The shape looks similar to a classic mallet-style putter, but has that added Ping flair to make it stand out from the rest. The 3 striped alignment on the top bares a striking contrast to the black design on the top of the head, making it incredibly easy to line up at address. The PEBAX insert in the face also gives a fantastic soft feel which will be pleasing to most golfers, as will the sound due to the steel/aluminium combination in the head.
The putter comes in lengths from 33" to 36" depending on how long you like your putter. The head weight is 355g for those golfers who are looking for specific club weights.
