TaylorMade have brought another series of golf balls to the table, this time being the Tour Response. This ball is designed to help you obtain better and more interaction with the grooves on your club due to its soft urethane cover that will grip the face and allow for top levels of spin. The ball also has great distance thanks to the high spring core. This helps the ball to compress into the club upon impact and then launch off the face as fast as possible, helping the ball to fly through the air at greater speeds. The Speedmantle technology with HFMq is one of the ways this ball gains tremendous speed. The ball is composed of increasingly stiff layers which form a spring-like ball for more explosive power.
The feel of the ball is fantastic too, with the soft feel 40 compression core with more elastic components giving the ball an immense touch off the club. This feel and spin combination can make you lethal around the greens, so you can play chips to run the ball at the pin, or send the ball up to the hole and stop it dead. The ball has great durability too, the crosslinked chemical reaction in the outer layer helps to give this ball a tough exterior which will last through your round.
