The New Mizuno JPX921 Hot Metal Pro Graphite shaft Irons combine a forgiving cavity back performance that allows for you to strike with fastball speeds that sustain a high launch consistently.
After the huge success of the 919 models of the Hot Metal Pro iron, the 921 version promises to be even better at allowing those types of golfers who don't want oversized clubs but want the forgiveness and distance of those in the shape of a conventional-sized club are going to want to seriously consider these superb graphite shaft irons.
The Hot Metal irons are cast from 4140 Chromoly, a much harder material completely. The centre of the hitting area is much thinner than the previous Hot Metal Pro, along with a large pocket cavity behind the hitting area, it also flexes more effectively for greater ball speed and added forgiveness, giving the golfer the best possible advantage possible out on the course to really feel a clean shot with added distance.
Not only will you feel its consistent feel through the added launch and forgiveness, but thanks to the addition of 3 sound ribs, allows for less vibration when you strike the ball, causing the most satisfying and comfortable shot to your whole body.
In addition to the incredible comfort on offer, Mizuno has added in a beautiful Pearl Brush Finish, making it an anti-glare material that will cause minimum distractions from the sunshine and allow you to keep perfect concentration on your ball. Graphite shafts do tend to yield extra yardage in the main due to the materials used and can be especially advantageous for senior players who have started losing a few yards with their shots.
