The new Apex Pro graphite shafted irons from Callaway are their first-ever forged tour performance iron with technology for advance distance. The first thing to say about the iron is that they look incredible. They are classically styled with a straighter leading, a higher toe, thinner top line and a very smooth transition to the hosel. They sit beautifully behind the ball and inspire full confidence. It has been forged from an all-new 1025 mild carbon steel, hollow body construction. The clever Callaway engineers have managed to put urethane microspheres into the forged iron which cuts down on any vibration at the point of impact, thus providing a sound and feel that players expect. The unique Face face architecture in each iron creates high COR's for faster ball speed and consistent distance control even with off-centre hits. The Centre of Gravity (CG) has been moved to the optimum place within the clubhead of each iron to maximise ball flight and spin control.

For the first time ever, Callaway has implemented a massive tungsten energy core into an Apex Pro graphite iron. The hollow body construction includes up to 90 grams of tungsten weighting per iron, the most ever seen in an Apex iron. The tungsten energy core improves launch characteristics whilst also providing exceptional forgiveness. The Apex range is renowned for their iconic feel, the Apex Pro graphite irons are no different.
