The G425 SFT is the updated version of the highly successful G410 model from Ping. Straight flight technology to combat those undesirable fades and slices. This G425 SFT Driver is engineered with draw bias weighting and a lighter swing weight to help bring shots back on-line and into the fairway where we all need to be. If your game suffers from the dreaded slice, as many golfers do, it's time to act and seriously consider this exceptional G425 SFT Driver from Ping. As with all Ping drivers, the aesthetics are delightful, stealth black with subtle silver dealing and those phenomenal looking crown turbulators, not much comes close in terms of looks. Ping Engineers developed the G425 with combined technologies from the G400 Max and G410 Plus drivers. But to achieve new performance levels PING elevated the MOI (moment of inertia) level by using a 23-gram high-density tungsten weight. This back weight is fixed to a position closer to the heel, to shift the centre of gravity towards the heel to influence shot shape correction without sacrificing any other performance attributes of the club.

The head is Ping's T9S+ Forged face, this thinner face delivers high ball speed, thanks to a unique heat-treating process that delivers a higher-strength face area. This surface is precision machined for maximum flexing, to deliver more distance all the way across the face area. Benefiting those strikes off centre greatly. This 460cc driver features a Ti 811 ultra-thin crown with advanced Internal Dragonfly Technology which improves weight savings. The weight saved in this department provides more forgiveness and distance than any other Ping driver before.

The adjustability of the G425 is fantastic, the hosel on the driver has five loft and lie adjustments to fine-tune the trajectory, ± 1.5⁰ (0, +1⁰, +1.5⁰, -1⁰, -1.5⁰ loft adjustments, and up to 3⁰ flatter.
