Cobra have done it again. Their latest range of F-Max clubs with Airspeed shafts are now available to help those golfers with a moderate speed swing. Their F-Max Airspeed Driver is the lightest driver the company have ever produced with a weight saving of 13g which is saved in the clubhead, shaft and even the grip.
Cobra have designed and built the clubhead from Carbon fibre instead of Titanium, the material they used in previous models. This allowed them to redistribute the weight saved using by having more weight lower and towards the heel of the head. This has the effect of maintaining a high Moment of Inertia (MOI) to give more clubhead speed combined with maximum forgiveness. It also has the effect of straightening your shots out by predominantly reducing the propensity to slice the ball. The offset hosel also helps in this regard. There is a PWR ridge on the top of the head which allows you to line up accurately on the target line. This also improves the aerodynamics of the club.
The stock shaft is the Cobra Airspeed 40 shaft which is available in Lite/Regular flex options. The loft options available are 10.5/11.5 degrees for right-handed golfers and 10.5 for left-handers. This driver is designed to increase clubhead speed for a golfer who swings the club at a moderate speed. We here at Golfsupport are able to custom fit the club to your specification so why don't you book a fitting with our trained professional.
