The London Golf Club is situated in Stanstead, Kent, and has been holding weddings for happy couples for over 15 years. It’s set in the beautiful and picturesque North Downs countryside and covers a huge 700 acres, so the attractive views go on and on.

Moor Park (Hertfordshire)

Where better to host your wedding reception that the stunning Palladian-style Grade I listed mansion; Moor Park in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This historic 17th century mansion is a long established function venue. It covers 300 acres and contains ‘Capability Brown’ landscaped gardens and spectacular back-drops for your wedding snaps.

If you like historical estates, then this is the perfect venue for you, with a fascinating history behind it.

The venue is incredibly versatile and your bespoke wedding can be organised with assistance from the friendly event organising staff. They will put together an exquisite menu based on your choices and there are many rooms to choose from.

The high ceilings inside are very grand and covered in Venetian paintings. You will be in awe at this incredible venue.

Moor Park is also top rated for Asian weddings – Moor Park knows that these weddings may have different needs and can cater for these to your satisfaction.

Westerham Park (Kent/ Surrey)

Westerham park golf course sits in the border of Kent and Surrey against the backdrop of the Kent North Downs. The venue contains a large bright and spacious hall called the ‘Valance Suite’. It looks very grand with its high ceilings and large windows, but also has a contemporary feel. It also has a number of open fireplaces to make it feel cosy. The venue is decorated very elegantly and neutrally to match the flowers and decorations you require. Your guests will have access to a private lounge and bar and the full length balcony overlooks the 6,000+ yards golf course.

It can have a seated capacity of 230 and there is an on-site catering/ events team who will ensure the menu is just right for you. The events team will liaise with you on planning your special day and coming up with a suitable package for you. The cuisine serves uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients and the service is first class. They have set menus or bespoke menus can be discussed with chefs and organisers.

The sprung dance floor is perfect for those who like to boogie along to the evening entertainment.

Westerham also caters to the needs of Asian and Caribbean events.

Crondon Park (Essex)

Crondon Park situated in Essex has been organising weddings and events for over 20 years. It offers an impressive large Tudor/ Jacobean barn-converted room for functions (The Baronial Hall). The hall was built circa 1600 out of light Oak. The room has high ceilings, giving it a spacious and airy feel along with attractive oak beams. It has atmospheric lighting and is decorated in a classy and stylish way and can be colour-matched to suit your tastes.

No matter how small or large your event, Crondon Park will ensure you have a perfect day. The moment you drive down the tree lined avenue with views of the Championship Course, you will be blown away. Crondon Park also has a ceremony room, a bar and enclosed private gardens.

They will focus on your unique requirements, with a professional and organised approach.

For catering a variety of menus are on offer, and can be discussed with the experienced team on hand, to suit your needs. The chefs use fresh and local produce.

Easily accessible from Junction 16 on the A12. It is also fifteen minutes from junction 28 on the M25

Testimony (TripAdvisor): My nieces wedding ceremony and reception was held here. The staff are so efficient and helpful and the venue and grounds are beautiful. It’s (the venue) not too large and the bar is part of the reception room. The food was amazing!

Mannings Heath (Sussex)

Feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of civilisation behind the beautiful specimen trees in the heart of the south downs national park at Manningsheath, Horsham, west Sussex. The course covers 500 acres and the Club house dates back to the 17th century and has been recently beautifully restored.

The largest suite Latilla Campbell Suite is full of character. It is decorated in a simple yet sophisticated manner. The room has many large stained glass windows which gives it a lot of natural light, a beamed ceiling and wrought iron chandeliers giving the room an air of class. This room can sit 100 people, but if you want a more intimate affair they have other rooms available to cater for your guests.

The dedicated events team will discuss your needs. Whether you want to hold an intimate or extravagant event.

Manningsheath hosts wedding fairs where couples seeking venues to wed can attend and receive information from the events team and suppliers. The next one is on 18th September- get the date in your diary!

Testimony (TripAdvisor): A lovely place, we highly recommend this venue for a winter wedding, it was perfect, it ticket all the boxes, very cozy and friendly.

Overall, one of the best non church Weddings I have attended in a number of years, and it made the whole day a great event.
